Solartrack Systems Limited serves as a Data Processor for the clients who use the services, and does not own the information that is submitted via the services. Because Solartrack Systems Ltd operates a hosted system it operates as a data processor for its clients. Clients of Solartrack Systems act as data controllers when using the services. Individual users of the services may interact directly with the clients of Solartrack Systems rather than with Solartrack Systems. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the data the client collects can be legally collected in the country of origin
